Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, unwound yarn in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Items that have been wound, as well as sale items, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Store Credit
• Returns due to personal preference are eligible for store credit only.
• Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in the case of a quality issue or an incorrect item.
Store credit has no expiration date and can be used toward future purchases.

Shipping Costs for Returns
• For returns or exchanges due to personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• For items with a quality issue or incorrect shipment, return shipping will be covered by us and a shipping label will be provided.
Please contact us before sending any returns. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Quality Issues
Quality issues include:
• Manufacturing defects
• Significant damage
• Issues that prevent the yarn from being used as intended
Please note that minor variations inherent to yarn — such as small knots, joins, natural fibre variation, or slight differences in texture — are considered normal and do not qualify as quality issues.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details.
